RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in the products we pick for our collections and work our hardest to ensure quality and fit for all our #HotShotBabes. For any reason whatsoever, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are able to offer exchanges and store credit only if the following qualifications are met upon return:
1 – The item is in its original condition with all tags attached to the product.
2 – The item is unworn and has zero stains, marks, and any aspects differing from its original state. This includes, and is not limited to, makeup, lotions, deodorant, fragrances, and spray tans.
3 – For bodysuits and swimwear, it must have its hygiene sticker in place.
4 – The items must be sent within two weeks of delivery date (in which the customer covers its shipping back).
If all the above conditions are met, we will be able to offer you store credit in form of a code or exchange of item within 5-7 working days of item delivery, once cleared by our team. Store credit can be used immediately or saved for a later drop. It never expires!
*Please note all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective by the HotShot LA team.
Here at HotShot LA we make sure to put extra care and love in every order we pack for all our babes prior to shipping. In the unlikely case that an item is damaged or faulty we will be glad to provide a refund as long as the following conditions are met:
1 – The customer notifies us within one week of delivery date with a detailed description and images of the item(s) at email@example.com.
2 – A member of our team confirms the damages once the claims have been reviewed.
* Please note that once your refund for the faulty/damaged items have been reviewed and approved by our team please allow for up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
